Extremadura – in search of Cranes
Huge flocks of cranes winter in Extremadura and I wanted to see them. With plenty of birds, and good food as well, we had a great time during this intensive birding trip.

This fantastic birding bonanza took us from the lakes and forests of Finland to the fjords and mountains of northern Norway.
Yellowstone Eclipse
It was a perfect combination of wildlife, geology and a solar eclipse in the Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks.
