This journey to southern Brittany was my first trip with the RSPB Guildford group. We set off very early on Sunday 8 May in our own bus. Whilst visiting Cayman we took a trip to Cuba. We stayed in Havanna, a facinating place. We also went on a couple of excursions with some lovely guides. Cuba has one of the world’s only planned economies, and its economy is dominated by the exports of sugar, tobacco, coffee and skilled labor.
